Dortmund/Hamburg. Hamburg-based investor Jörn Reinecke is joining Dortmund-based photovoltaic project developer ON Energy and has acquired 50 percent of the company’s shares through his company Green FOX Energy (GFE).
Reinecke is the founder and majority shareholder of Hamburg-based GFE and is a successful solar and real estate investor. With his entry, and additional capital, ON Energy is aiming to achieve faster growth in its core business – the planning and development of photovoltaic projects. GFE and ON Energy plan to realise synergies initially and primarily in the area of developing photovoltaic and wind projects.

In the future, 48 employees will be located and working in Dortmund and Hamburg.
