Hamburg, 19.10.2023: Hamburg entrepreneur Jörn Reinecke enlists his long-time partners and confidants Tobias Aulich and Sven Meißner to join the management of Green FOX Energy. The company founded by Reinecke in 2021 is based in Hamburg and is an independent project developer as well as a portfolio holder of renewable energy plants and thus an independent power producer (IPP). Reinecke, Aulich and Meißner have been companions for many years and previously worked together successfully, among other things, at Aves One AG – a former holding of Reinecke – an investment company focusing on freight wagons. They developed Aves One AG into a leading company in the European rail freight market. Aulich and Meißner now want to build on this success at Green FOX Energy and once again pursue and implement ambitious goals in this fast-growing industry. Aulich and Meißner most recently served as board members at Aves One AG.

Aulich has many years of experience in the areas of financing, acquisition and portfolio management.
Sven Meißner on his appointment: “With our expertise, we not only want to implement and further develop the strategy of Green FOX Energy, but also be available to our team and our business contacts as reliable partners”.
Meißner benefits from profound capital market knowledge and experience in the investment business in sectors such as real estate, transport and logistics, renewable energies and cleantec. Together with Reinecke, Meißner has also been involved in solar and wind energy companies since the mid-2000s, as well as in building up solar and wind energy portfolios.
By the end of 2026, the company wants to bring an investment volume of over one billion euros into implementation.
